Excellent location, near BGC area just crossing the busy Kalayaan Avenue. Despite this road carries traffic all the day long, there is no noise affectation at all to the hotel. There are many local eateries around, and for those willing to try restaurants and so on, there are several malls within very close and quiet walking distance (15-25 min at most).

iHotel ‘s exterior looks like some of the typical old, weathered apartments in the “embo” areas of Makati but its interior is a nice surprise. Lobby has minimalistic aesthetic. Room is basic and spacious. I had a comfortable stay although I wished the room was cleaner (dusty clothes rack, fridge area). Overall, I enjoyed my stay because room was inviting and cozy enough for the rates and the staff were friendly and professional.

It is quite a new property in a in a new business locality, all high rises on the other side of the street, plenty of fast food chains and also local street foods in plenty. It was basic, clean, simple, the bed was good, excellent internet, free drinking water from the dispensers.

Aside from the location, what I like the most about this property is their reliable internet connection. This hotel is my go to place whenever I need a decent, quite and comfortable temporary working space as well as family staycation. I still find this place family-friendly.

The enormous willingness to solve everything on the part of the staff who work at the reception. It is notorious how they have been trained to provide customer satisfaction from the moment of check in to check out. On the other hand is the comfort in the rooms. They are better than the rooms of other hotels that are central, such as The Minisuits Eton Tower or those of the Fersal chain... The cleanliness, the good aroma and the order of the room relaxes the mind and body.

I check in last Aug18, arrived at the property groggy, swollen and bleeding as I was a surgery out patient. I guess I paid around 9500 for 8 days, the room is neat, not 5 star or 4 star feels but it is decent, the air-conditioning is decent. the bathroom is justifiable. I had like 4 huge luggages and my stuff are all over the place cos I am not capable to organize but the housekeeping are quite present, kept the rooms clean daily, and honestly,the staff are nice to me even though I am cranky and not so warm all the time! Sorry people, was just really in an excruciating pain when I was there. The location is amazing, you iust got to cross then its the commercial side of BGC, the outside are filled with carenderia’s which is amazing cos I did actually get to eat freshly cooked vegetables which I needed while recovering. But what I did love the most, are the staff. I just couldn’t express it to all of you cos I dont want to get my surgeries crooked! hahaha Thank you everyone! Hope to stay with you again, soon. ❤️🩹❤️🩹

The place was clean and conveniently located. It is a good place to stay for a quick business trip in the BGC area. Easily accessible by various transport methods. Plenty of dining choices nearby as well.

The rooms are spacious and well lit, despite very small windows. The reception area is well organized, in fact the whole hotel is very well organized and feels modern, despite the area it is located in. Despite low price I had a fridge, a sofa, a desk and solid rack with hangers in my room. I actually extended my stay for another week because the place was so good.

The property is just next to BGC. You can easily walk for a few minutes to High Street. The room is spacious on basement 3. There's a fridge that cools easily. There are a lot of payment options that you can choose from.
